Chef Magic

“I’ll never forget the first time I used a Vitamix… It was 1985… I was working at Chex Panisse. I was making a soup and someone told me to use the Vitamix to purée the soup.

I asked if I should add cream to make it silky smooth. ‘No way,’ one of the other chefs said. ‘Let the Vitamix do its magic!’ I went out a day later and bought one and have been in heaven ever since.”
