Cindy is a Certified Colon Hydrotherapist, Naturopath and Nurse. She has over 30 years experience helping people cleanse their bodies to become the best version of themselves.
Cindy’s interest in all things natural started as a child growing her own vegetables and herbs in the family garden. After her own health issues in her early 20’s with mould toxicity she started studying as a Naturopath and found herself training to be a Colon Hydrotherapist at the same time.
Cindy uses, colonics, detoxification protocols, herbal medicine, nutrition and lifestyle practices to help people heal.
Her extensive knowledge in these areas has led her to be able to help many people improve their health and lives. She believes that colonics are your first step to clean out the gut to give the body the right conditions to heal. Heal the gut and you will heal mentally, emotionally and physically too.
