About a year ago, my best friend purchased a VitaMix, and he couldn’t stop raving about how great it was. I told him he was crazy for paying so much for a blender. He continued to tout the benefits and encouraged me to buy one, too, but I refused.

When he left, I found myself missing those good, nutritious drinks. After a week, I finally ordered my very own VitaMix 5200. I now consider it one of the best purchases of my life.

I use my VitaMix daily. It has changed the way I eat by allowing me to easily consume eight to ten servings of vegetables every day, whereas before the VitaMix, I was lucky to have one or two. The result is a healthier me. I have not been sick since I started using the VitaMix to incorporate more vegetables into my diet, and I have lost weight and inches around my waist.
