Each 1½-hour gathering begins with breathwork to calm the mind and attune the spirit, followed by a guided meditation of protection and inner opening. From this place of stillness, we journey into practices designed to awaken your intuition and deepen your connection to the inner realms. Each session offers a safe, supportive sanctuary to explore all the psychic senses. With practice you will deepen your intuitive faculties and recognise the messages from your inner guidance that have always been with you.
