We are back! and so excited to bring you our first Sacred Breath, Sacred Sound of 2026. SUNDAY 1st FEBRUARY 

As promised, we are kicking off the new year with a Himalayan Breathwork Power Practice. 

Join us and step into a deeply expansive experience, where we combine Himalayan breathwork and sound healing, to awaken your inner energy, vitality, and restore balance.

Why attend a power practice?

A new year should always be about new beginnings. And that includes shedding old layers of ourselves and our energy we do not wish to bring into 2026. In this practice we will detox the mind and body through powerful Himalayan breathing techniques that focus on clearing stagnant energy and revitalises the nervous system, creating space for clarity, vitality, and renewed intention. In this practice there is a lot of movement, and you really tap into your inner power. We bring a lot of heat and prana into the system, and we put the mind and body through challenging, fun, uplifting techniques that will leave you feeling very expansive and deeply inspired! As we step into 2026, these practices support a profound energetic reset, helping you release the old and align fully with the possibilities of a fresh new cycle. Himalayan Breathwork is considered one of the most powerful yogic technologies, because it works on multiple layers of the human system: Our physical, energetic, mental, and spiritual body. More importantly, it is for everyone. It simply meets you where you are at.

What’s new with our Sound?

For the second part of our evening Alex will facilitate a powerful sound journey, creating waves of sound that wash over you, dissolving any tension and stress, as your energy flow is renewed, while you are transformed into a state of deep rest and expanded awareness. This time he will be using many different instruments, such as gongs, sound bowls, rain sticks, flutes, the didgeridoo, and more. As you allow the sounds and vibrations to work beyond the mind, you will float into pure bliss. This is more than a sound bath, it is a vibrational journey into stillness, presence, and inner peace. Sound healing is so transformative and powerful because it taps into something universal: vibration and frequency, the very foundations of life itself.

What to bring.

• Yoga mat and small cushion
• Comfy cool clothes
• A small towel
• Water
• A light blanket or shawl for the sound bath

As Feb is still summertime in the GC, please wear something comfy and cool. In a power practice we sweat a lot, so make sure you dress to keep nice and cool.

When to arrive. Please arrive 15 minutes before the event commences.

For the best experience. Please avoid any food or caffeinated drinks 2-3 hours before the event. The lighter the body, the deeper the experience.

Injuries. If you have any serious injuries or heart conditions, this practice isn’t for you. We recommend you wait for one of our softer, heart-based practices.
