A Guided Practice in Stillness, Awareness, and a Felt Sense of Oneness
Take a break from the busyness of daily life and join us for a gentle, guided meditation. This session is open to all, including complete beginners. It’s an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and become quietly aware of what’s happening within and around you.
The meditation is influenced by Vipassana, sensory awareness, and gentle self-inquiry. We’ll explore the present moment—breath, sensations, thoughts, and emotions—without needing to judge or change anything. Simply noticing what is, as it is.
As awareness deepens, a quiet clarity can emerge. Sometimes, this stillness reveals a natural sense of connection—where the boundary between “inside” and “outside” begins to soften. This felt sense of oneness is not something we create, but something we gently notice. It’s already here, beneath the surface of thought.
All are welcome. No prior experience is needed—just bring your presence.
Chairs are provided. If you prefer to sit on the floor, feel free to bring a cushion. You may also wish to bring water or anything else you need to feel comfortable. Toilet facilities are available.
